Fusion awarded Episerver Commerce Partner of the Year 2017
"We are proud to congratulate Fusion for the Digital Commerce Partner of the Year achievement" said James Norwood, Executive Vice President Strategy and CMO at Episerver.
"This award speaks to Fusion's commitment to our mutual customers, helping them create competitive advantage through digital commerce. We look forward to continuing this strong partnership and sharing the incredible customer journeys this relationship creates for consumers who crave better online interactions with brands and reward the companies that provide them."
To identify the partner recipients of its annual awards, Episerver looked at its network of qualified regional partners and considered the business value generated for customers by each, along with their success in implementing best practices for guiding digital strategy. Fusion stood out for these reasons, as well as its expertise, design, and technology strategy.
"With Amazon recently entering the Australian marketplace, it is imperative that brands have a differentiated digital purchasing experience" said Damien Mair, Director and Co-Founder of Fusion.
"Ensuring your experience is built on a robust commerce platform is crucial too. Episerver Commerce has helped both our B2C and B2B clients better serve their customers in the new retail environment. The platform also contributes to an uplift in revenue and improved customer satisfaction for our clients."
A highlight for Fusion in 2017 was the successful launch of two Episerver Commerce powered websites for Detpak and Paperpak. These are sub-brands of the Detmold Group, one of the largest food-service packaging companies in the world. Both websites utilise Episerver’s multi-site functionality and the search power of Episerver Find, which allows content and products to be easily searched and shared between both of the sub-brand platforms.
