Lantern La Lumiere launch

Over 100 people were at the Rundle Lantern Lantern La Lumiere Fringe event last night. The digital work of 20 artists (that runs for a total of 28 mins), will play every hour for the duration of the Fringe. The Lord Mayor opened the event and gave a nice big thanks to Fusion for our hard work, naming individuals for their help with workshops, processing work, and scheduling. Well done guys!

We took video footage of launch that we'll edit into a short proxy of event and post soon. There was some really innovative work, and some that wasn't so great, yet overall it's exciting to see the Lantern going to the next stage. When moving around the crowd, you could hear the artists getting excited when their work was being run on the Lantern. Its great to see & hear the joy/fun/self actualization that opening the Rundle Lantern up to others brings to them.
