Fusion has just put the finishing touches on an iPhone website for Negociants Australia, one of the nations leading fine wine importers.
The website is specifically designed for use by Negociants national reps to easily locate and forward files from their iPhones while they are out in the field.
In the past, when contacted by customers for wine information, tasting notes or other Point-of-sale files, the rep would have to stop what they are doing and go back to head office, postpone task for later in the day or complete after work.
To be able to satisfy these common requests and provide more responsive customer service, the rep can now quickly find the files and forward them to the customer with a few taps on their iPhone. Customers, industry and the general public also have access to the service.
The iPhone website is derived from the core functionality of the main Negociants Australia website which was recently re-created by Fusion.
